Materials not suitable for instant laser marking quotes:
  • PVC / Vinyl — releases corrosive chlorine fumes when lasered.
  • Copper — highly reflective; low contrast; requires special processes.
  • Galvanized Steel — zinc fumes; may require prep or alternative methods.
  • Unknown Composites / Coated substrates — may off-gas or require testing.
